چکیده
The helicopter vibrations generated by the main rotor/gearbox assembly are principal cause of damage to cockpit instruments and discomfort crew in terms cabin noise. path vibration transmission fuselage is through gearbox rigid support struts. With aim reducing these vibrations, this paper presents design a low-weight high-performance active damper for control developed Elettronica Aster S.p.A. system intended replace conventional struts composed an electro-hydraulic actuator hosted within compliant structure. This parallel nested structure allows reach high-power density. A physics-based mathematical model was used as digital twin optimize performance meet strict requirements. designed reference application 15-seat medium-sized twin-engine helicopter. perform tests specified acceptance testing procedure document, showing compliance with requirements current design. physical realization, test bench design, experimental campaign, validation will be presented Part 2.
